W.C. Hausenfluck
      William Clay Hausenfluck, 50, of
Berryville, died Saturday in Win-
chester Medical Center.
      Mr. Hausenfluck was born Oct. 13,
1937, in White Post, the son of
Charles Leonard and Emma
Jenkins Hausenfluck. He was
employed with the Virginia
Department of Transportation for 30
years and the Charles Town Race-
track for 17 years. He was a member
of Loyal Order of Moose 2139 of Ber-
ryville and White Post United Meth-
odist Church.
      He was married to Brenda Joyce
      Surviving with his wife are a
daughter, Pamela L. Detheridge of
Berryville; two sons, Randy C.
Hausenfluck of Chesapeake and
Daniel W. Hausenfluck at home;
three brothers, Kenneth
Hausenfluck of Edinburg, Cecil
Hausenfluck of Alexandria, Ky., and
Charles Hausenfluck of Winchester;
three sisters, Margaret Heck of
Chula Vista, Calif., Peggy
Smallwood of Bluemont, and Brenda
Runner of Alexandria; and two
      A funeral will be at 2 p.m. in
Enders Funeral Home in Berryville
with the Rev. Kathleen Monge of-
ficiating. Burial will be in Green Hill
Cemetery in Berryville.
      Pallbearers will be Elwood
Tomblin, Alvin Sowers, Mickey
Jones, Larry Larrick, Stanley
Downs, and Robert Stokes.
      The family will receive friends
from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the
funeral home.
