James O. Williams
     James O. Williams 96 of Strasburg, VA passed away Friday, October 25, 2019 at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV.
     A graveside service for Mr. Williams will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Riverview Cemetery with Elder Gary Utz officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the Shenandoah American Legion Post 77, Strasburg, VA.
     Mr. Williams was born on November 8, 1922 to Outie Williams and Edna Jenkins then adopted by Charles Ashby and Mary Belle Entsminger. Mr. Williams was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Ellen Brill Williams.
     Survivors include his children, J.D. Williams and wife Belinda of Strasburg, VA, Brent Williams and wife Tina of Woodstock, VA and Donnie Brill of Strasburg, VA; his grandchildren, Matt Williams and wife Alecia and Chandra Williams along with four great-grandchildren.

Dorothy E. Williams
     Dorothy Ellen Brill Williams, 77, of Front Royal Road, Strasburg, died Wednesday at her home.
     A graveside service will be conducted Friday at 11 a.m. at Riverview Cemetery in Strasburg by Pastor Dusty Dillman.
     Mrs. Williams was born Sept. 5, 1930, in Winchester, daughter of the late Elijah and Betty Glenna Orndorff Brill. She was a homemaker and member of Liberty Baptist Church, Strasburg Women of the Moose and Ladies Auxiliary of Shenandoah American Legion Post 77.
     Surviving are her husband, James Outie Williams; three sons, Eugene Brent Williams of Woodstock, Donald Lee Brill Williams and James Donald Williams, both of Strasburg; two sisters, Ethel Ahlers and Lillian Louise Ryman, both of Strasburg; three brothers, Walter Brill of Dale City, Winston Brill of Strasburg and Reuben Brill of Woodstock; and three grandchildren.
     Friends may call anytime at the Williams home.
     Memorial contributions may be made to Liberty Baptist Church, 29110 Old Valley Pike, Strasburg 22657.
     Arrangements are being handled by the Stover Funeral Home in Strasburg.
